These pads were great for cooling relief. I found using frozen ice blocks too harsh. These had a nice cooling effect without being too cold.
They stuck well to your undies and didn’t move about. Good shape and size too.
The only think I would say was breaking the crystals had a “trick” to them and I didn’t get that when I first started using them. So the first few times I don’t think I activated the cooling effect which was a waste.
Would very much recommend.
