This is to extend a hire period for existing customers who already have their TENS in their hot little hands and need more time, perfect for those who want to use the TENS to manage pain associated with late pregnancy and for their birth.

Ways to make the most of your TENS before you send it back
An Elle Tens Plus is an easy to use, gentle way to relieve the pain of contractions during labour but it can also be used;
- For afterbirth pains, especially during breastfeeding when afterbirth pains can intensify
- To cope naturally with pain associated with healing and recovering such as c-section incisions or perineum recovery
TENS is the most effective pain relief you can use at home, and provides completely drug-free, natural relief from pain.
What happens after I extend my hire?
We will count the date your extension begins from the last day of your original hire period, not the day you place your order to extend your hire. Your extension will automatically be logged against your account and reminders will be reset to your new return date, either 2 weeks or 4 weeks.

Very glad I hired the tens machine, I used it for almost the whole of labor and it really helped me stay home longer and have an unmedicated labor, I'll definitely be getting it again for future pregnancies

Labour TENS Extension
Very easy process to hire and return the machine, communication regarding an extension for the hire was also amazing. I used the tens machine the moment I noticed my contractions were the real deal and it was the only assistance I had during my labour. It was such a helpful tool, I didn't even process how intense my contractions were until I felt the urge to push!
Highly recommend, and already have been to anyone I know that is pregnant!
Thank you so much for the quick and easy service. I hired my tens earlier than last birth as this was my second child. I extended the use as I didn’t go until 41 weeks again. It was used for a good 24 hours and really helped me with my first drug free birth.
In all honestly I feel I was a little doomed from the beginning - I got induced and my contractions came on quickly, strong and with little break in between, I was in SO much pain BUT the TENS machine helped me get through almost 4 hours before I asked for gas and another hour coupled with gas before I eventually asked for an epidural. This was not at all my plan but the TENS machine gave me something to focus on and helped me feel like I was in control. If I were to do it all again I'd do everything I could not to be induced but I would 110% use the TENS machine again and highly recommend to anyone who would like to try for an unmedicated birth or go as long as possible before looking at other options.
