Thankgod for the tens machine, got me through my whole labour/birth!
Had a really positive experience using the Tens Machine! Great delivery, easy to use instructions and really aided in my early labour at home up until mid labour in the hospital 🙏 Return was super easy with the pre sent return parcel, very handy when you're in the newborn whirlwind.
Tens machine did wonders for labour pain! The boost function was amazing and helped with the intense contractions. Highly recommend, cant use while having an epidural though obviously so if you have to get an epidural fairly early it wont last long. But still worth it :)
I hired a TENS machine through Bliss Birth for my second labour and am so pleased I did- I never took it off! It was an integral part of my positive physiological labour and assisted me to manage pain and intensity right up until my final push.
Delivery was also very prompt and returning it was simple!

The most exciting delivery prior to the delivery of the main event (baby)! I love receiving my tens machine from Bliss Birth ( 3rd time now). From seeing "you got this mama" on the packaging to the contents inside it really is a motivational, empowering and valuable boost in preparation to give birth. The tens machine is very easy to use, the package has all you need and the return process is very simple. I have never been disappointed using bliss birth and i have always received my tens machine on time if not earlier which is a relief. The cost is very reasonable and I have nothing but good things to say about Bliss Birth and their products and service.

Product is amazing can not go through labour without it. Went to the hospital both births at 10cm because the tens machine helps so so much with contractions. Delivery, ordering and returning is so easy.
After a long unpleasant medicated (induction) first birth, I really wanted to my best (where possible) to have a different experience the second time around.
I did my research on a Tens machine and gave ut a go. Bliss was super easy, quick postage, cute pouch to keep, all the equipment you need and easy return instructions (including reminders - much needed when you are underslept).
It was honestly a great experience (as much as birth can be). I got the tens on early in labour, once contractions were regular (at 10min intervals for me). I had it on the entire time including when I was pushing and then turned it off as soon as baby was born. It was my rock during the process and love how easy it was to check your contractions timing, increase intensity as needed and just gives you something to rely on during the process - lets you feel « in control » during an intense process.
Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to try for an unmedicated birth or even in the early stages if you do end up getting an epidural. The best trick to make it work super well - get it on early to build up your pain endorphins
I wasn’t sure about hiring a TENS but read so many good reviews I thought I had nothing to loose! It was honestly a life saver. I can’t imagine getting through labour without it now. It was so easy for both myself and my husband to operate and compact enough that it never felt like it was in the way. Highly highly recommend. Thank you!
Worth every cent to have a non invasive pain relief that I could control on my own, while waiting hours for epidural

I used the TENS machine for the birth of my second child. I didn’t use one on my first but after listening to many other women’s birth stories I knew I needed in my kit. I can’t recommend this machine highly enough. I laboured at home with just the TENS machine until 5cm dilated. I continued to use until transition/pushing. It was easy to use and I actually was able to set jit up by myself when labour had already started (don’t be me, practice before labour!) it was intuitive and I got the hang of it quickly. I believe this little machine enabled me to have an unmedicated, intervention free vaginal birth. I recommend to all mums to be to add to your birth kit!

I can not fault the service of how fast the arrival was for our Tens machine. It was very helpful in labour and having the packaging ready to post it back made the whole process very easy!
My experience with Bliss Birth was great! I received my TENS machine quicker than expected, and it was super easy to return with the return label and packaging already included. In terms of using the TENS, the instructions provided were perfect for my husband and I to try before labour, and I used the TENS right up until hopping in the bath to birth my baby. Can’t recommend it enough!
This was a really handy tool in the kit to step up pain relief so I could manage to avoid an epidural for my second birth. I would definitely recommend to have on hand for the earlier stages of labour.
I found it good for early labour however my labour (second baby) progressed really quickly and i wish I had used it sooner. By the time I was 4-5cm I was needing something stronger (epidural) which in my case was the plan. Unfortunately in between asking for the epidural and getting it my midwife took it off me and I really wish she didn’t.
